a) Exhibition by Ministry of Social Development on 26th May 2010
Members of the Asalah Villa were invited to participate at the exhibition which was held at the Intercontinental Hotel Muscat. The Exhibition was organised by the Ministry of Social Development.
The Asalah members also got to participate at an exhibition in Saudi Arabia which also was organised by the ministry.
b) Intilaaqah Best Young Entrepreneur Award
Layali Al Asalah Trading L.L.C. was the recipient of the third prize for the year 2009.
An annual event to recognizing successful entrepreneurs and encourage others to become successful. Entrepreneurs compete to win the competition award that consists of cash money and other prizes.
Intilaaqah aims to stimulate and encourage Omani youth to consider the option of setting up their own businesses, and to provide assistance to those who aspire to seek this opportunity, by providing them with training and counseling.
c) Lubna Al Zakwani
Layali Al Asalah Co. is very proud of the continuous success of Lubna Soud al Zakwani, the winner of ASALAH’s first fashion competition in 2006. Lubna had successfully completed her 3 years intensive course and graduated from “Esmod University" in Fashion design. Worth mentioning, that Esmod University is the most famous university in this Field around the world.
Lubna choose a challenging path for herself as she changed her specialization. She was studying media in UK before she made up her mind to enter the world of fashion. Her decision was supported by her persistence and through the winning she obtained in Asalah’s first competition “When Authenticity Speaks” in 2006.
During lubnas’ study in Esmod, she was capable of participating in fashion shows beside many famous designers and that is clear evidence of her talent and ability to put her Omani designs on the same catwalk of the international fashion designs.
Congratulations for Lubna al Zakwani, who is the role model for any ambitious women in the fashion world.
d) Silatch Summit, Qatar in 9 June 2009, attended by Samah
Silatech, British Council and Qatari Students Network opened their two-day Youth Summit on entrepreneurship and employment yesterday. Fifty young entrepreneurs from around the Middle East and North Africa are attending the two day event which is focused on the region's youth employment challenges and Silatech’s efforts to promote large-scale job creation, entrepreneurship for small to medium sized enterprises and access to capital and markets.
e) Bait Al Baranda: 2 May 2009
Title of Exhibition "I Woman Beauty" the Asalah Villa occupants participated in the exhibition.
f) Sharjah Global Day Exhibition: 9 April 2009
Was held at the American University Sharjah Asalah Villa occupants participated in the exhibition.

Was attended by Samah al Wahaibi, as a Guest speaker in the Workshop introducing Layali Al Asalah success story, the Asalah Story was published and translated to (Arabic, English, and French) by Women Gate Magazine in Bahrain.
i) W.I.N. Barcelona: 17- 21, September 2008
Was attended by Samah Al Wahaibi who was also a guest speaker at the conference introducing Layali Al Asalah to the W.I.N attendees.
